The method
We don't outsource the parts that matter, because there aren't any parts that don't. A single maker takes each coat from cloth to finish, pinning, cutting, pressing, and hand-sewing the seams you'll never see.
It is slower. It is more expensive. It is the only way we know how to make something worth keeping.
